Our coconut flour is produced exclusively from organic coconuts freshly harvested from the "tree of life", as it is known in Asia. The flesh is pressed to extract the oil, dried and ground into a fine powder.
Coconut flour is a healthy alternative to wheat flour or other conventional flours. It is naturally gluten-free and rich in fibre, which contributes to a healthy digestive system. For every 100g of coconut flour, there are 30g of fibre, which is twice as much as whole wheat flour!
This coconut flour is an essential ingredient for people on special diets or simply for food lover !
For many years, we have implemented direct supply chains with producers in South-East Asia to guarantee a constant quality of our products. As we select quality ingredients from distant origins, we have decided to set up a carbon contribution process where the purchase of credits allows us to finance projects that limit or avoid a similar amount of CO2 emissions. The final packaging of the products is done in France.
