Organic virgin coconut oil is made by using a traditional cold-pressing process, without any chemical treatment, which allows it to retain its nutritional qualities to the maximum, even at very high temperatures, unlike butter or olive oil. After a careful selection of the best organic coconuts, the flesh is freshly cut and then pressed to extract its oil. Unrefined, this oil preserves the delicious taste of the coconut.
