Several choices are available to you for the delivery of your order (in Metropolitan France) :
Home delivery within 72h (DPD)
The delivery takes place 72 hours from Monday to Saturday morning, except public holidays.
The delivery costs are automatically calculated according to the weight of your order.
An SMS and an email will be sent to you to inform on a time slot for the delivery of your package.
In case of absence during delivery on the chosen delivery slot, an SMS and an email will be left to you so that you recover your parcel in the nearest Relay Point. You will have 9 days to recover it before it is returned to us.
Delivery to Relay Point (DPD)
Delivery is under 72h from Tuesday to Saturday, except holidays, with time slots varying from 8h to 21h depending on the activity of the Relay Point and its location (urban or rural area). You can choose the Relay Point closest to you. An e-mail will notify you of the availability of your package in your Relay Point. ID is required to remove your package. The package remains available in your Relay Point for 9 days. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us. Deliveries in mainland France only.
This delivery method will be offered for any order over 100 €.
Deliveries from 100 € purchase: The delivery in Relay Point 72h by DPD will be offered to you from 100 € purchase.
