Check the quality of your Manuka honey

The french standard to measure the unique properties of manuka honey (also known as "unique manuka factor") is IAA®. Affixed on the sticker of our honey jars, the IAA rating guarantees you that the honey was tested by an independant lab for its unique compounds, among them the DHA and the methylglyoxal also know as MGO.
The IAA rating also gives you a guarantee that the honey is in accordance with EU honey regulation and is made from wild manuka trees.

The methylglyoxal content of IAA honeys are as following :

IAA5+ = <84mg/kg 
IAA10+ = <263mg/kg
IAA15+ = <514mg/kg
IAA18+ = <696mg/kg
IAA20+ = <829mg/kg
